Biography:

Chris Aesoph has over a decade of experience speaking on sales and leadership in Canada and the USA. Audiences report his light-hearted presentation style is made relevant by detailed advice on how to create momentum in any organization.

In his role for the last 10 years as President of a company that builds sales and management teams, Chris has seen the best and worst aspects of people in leadership roles. Every client that has worked with Chris’s company for over one year has set records in profitability. One company has moved from $33.7 million in gross sales to $44 million in one year—a growth of 33 percent--plus their staff turnover rates are approaching zero for the first time in 25 years. Another firm earned the rating “ Best Place to Work” in a city called “ Best Place to Live” by Money Magazine. Lessons from these successful firms are highlights of Chris’s presentations.

Chris received his Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in systems thinking from Antioch University Seattle, and he studied in the Master’s of Spirituality program at Seattle University. Previous to 10 years in this consulting company, Chris was an award-winning newspaper journalist (“Best Investigative Reporter” and “Best Columnist” in the Minnesota Newspaper Association).
