Biography

In 1987, Ed Oakley founded and is currently Chairman and CEO of Enlightened Leadership International, Inc., a multi-million dollar education and training firm dedicated to "transforming organizations through people."

Ed Oakley brings a balance of inspiration and practicality to his keynotes. He wants people to leave with the education, the motivation and the "how to." He is naturally entertaining, using his own professional and personal anecdotes that people relate to immediately. His results-getting approach leads to a paradigm shift in the perspective of participants, to the results they want instead of all the reasons they cannot achieve them.

Ed Oakley is co-author of the Simon & Schuster business book, Enlightened Leadership: Getting to the Heart of Change, and the nationally popular seminar, video/audio series and forthcoming book, Making Managers Into Leaders. Ed Oakley has also been published in numerous magazines, journals and anthologies.
