This session is for organizations wanting to reduce stress, increase productivity and boost team spirit! It is about supporting your team to rejuvenate and reconnect as a TEAM.
When people are committed to an inspired vision, they are productive and happy! People who are balanced and know their worth as a team member can more easily adapt and be creative when confronted by problems or conflicts.
This work expands the capacity of the team to deal with issues as they arise by strengthening individual capacity and well-being first, then using the collective to support new ways of thinking and new ways of ‘being’. We know that when the physical, mental, emotion and spiritual aspects of life are in balance...people thrive. When learning feels like ‘play’, people are more willing to take risks, which of course opens up new possibilities.
Supporting the team to generate what they are doing well -
which is so important to establish the platform of trust. That
creates an opening to look at what might be missing - whether it’s work-life balance , confronting issues or dealing with a systemic problem.

This session will be both active and cerebral, allowing participants to experience and apply the latest in cognition, physiology, emotion and psychoneuroimmunology (mind-body), as they relate to personal, professional and team development, communication and dealing effectively with stress, upset or conflict.
